Please note: because CPN is a digital app subscription, there are no refunds under any circumstances. You can cancel anytime directly from within the app, and your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Interpretation
Words with capitalized first letters have meanings defined below. The definitions apply regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.
Definitions

No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our product — an instantly accessible digital app subscription — all sales are final. Once you subscribe, you gain immediate access to the CPN app and its features, which constitutes full delivery of the service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the account settings inside the app. Cancellation will stop any future renewals, but you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
Digital Product Nature
CPN is a fully digital service. There are no physical goods to return, and access to the app is granted immediately upon purchase. This immediate fulfillment means refunds are not applicable.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in suspension of all current and future service access. If you have any issues with your subscription, please email us at [email protected] and we will work to resolve the matter quickly and fairly.
Gifts or Transfers
If the subscription was gifted or paid for by a third party, cancellation must be requested by the original payer. No refunds will be provided for gifted subscriptions.
